How do i download my photos?
ok so i have i ‘digital concepts micro camera’
its lyk a digital camera thats 4 inches tall and less than an inch thick!

i can take pictures with it, but i cant upload them to my computer
i go to the program and click get photos and im supposed to click the device name but it doesnt even show up on the list?
help!
i have everything….cd…software…camera..usb…owners manual even the technical support wich doesnt even work
the number is not in service!
on page 7 of the user manual it explains how to install the DRIVER software. Before the program can see the camera, you need to install the driver. Note on page 14 where it says “4.Be sure to wait until the camera is recognized by your computer”. You will know when it is recognized by the popup window that says it found new hardware. Only then can you start the PhoTags Express software. Good Luck
